NEWBURY PARK, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 16, 2012) - Sauer Energy, Inc. ("SEI") (OTCBB: SENY), a developer of the patented WindCharger™ vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT), would like to share the following message:
To our Shareholders and Interested Parties:
I am pleased to announce current progressive updates. Sauer Energy has been working closely with all of our strategic alliances to advance the interest and goals of Sauer Energy and is proceeding as planned. We have experienced no setbacks to our schedules or milestones.
Given present economic trends we, as a team, remain vigilant and extreme care is given to exercise prudence regarding expenses. We remain debt-free at this time.
It gives us great pleasure to report that in the present quarter, we have received initial sales orders. Our first sales have begun with ENRCOM, SA de CV, a communication tower installation and maintenance company. Our intent is to ramp up production, make shipments and build our backlog, collect revenues and establish on-site installations and testing with ENRCOM. This will give us valuable experience prior to entering into the residential and commercial North American market.
With our production in place, our aggressive sales campaign will enable us to build out our distribution channels by Q2 2012. Sauer Energy is focused to achieve its goals in the most effective and economical way to ensure long-term success and profitability.
As we begin to achieve our milestones of sales and revenues, this will enable us to accelerate our research and development program. These two events will provide the springboard for rapid and broad progress of development of larger commercial wind turbines.
We understand that not having earnings to report has had its effect on our stock. We assure you, our development, sales and financial fundamentals in all aspects of the business remain sound and on track to succeed.
Due to confidentiality agreements, we are not at liberty make additional announcements at this time. However, let me assure you that anticipated announcements will be forthcoming in the near future and will provide the necessary steps to achieve our intended revenue target.
I would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and continued confidence in us. We have been very busy with the business. We are making sure that the progress we make is based on solid ground and truly in the best interests of Sauer Energy and its Shareholders.
With kindest personal regards,
